Lock is set-your-own combination and includes (1) one set key used to change the combination.

PLEASE NOTE: The included clutch key can ONLY be used to change the combination when the lock is OPEN. There is no way to override or retrieve your personal combination if it is lost.
(Taking a picture of the combination is recommended if you need to record it.)

The Cushion Tire Lift Lock clamps the forklift steer tire in the turned position, rendering the machine inoperable and safe from unauthorized use.
Built for warehouse-type forklifts using the solid rubber tire, electric scissor lifts, and man lifts.
Not for use on pneumatic tires.
