System Control Chart: Along with your order you will receive a printed chart of all lock serial numbers and combinations. If a combination is lost or forgotten, just record the serial number on the back of the lock and refer to the control chart. If your school or institution loses a control chart, or the paperwork is damaged, we can get a replacement chart for you. Just give us a call and we'll explain the procedure. It usually takes 2-3 business days to get a replacement.

Control Key Override: This is a critical function for institutional use where IMMEDIATE access is needed by an administrator or security official for routine search or emergency. If you are currently using an existing control key system, you can order locks that will also function under that particular control key. If you do not currently use a control key system, we will be happy to assign one for you. Please note that control keys must be purchased separately.

Colored dials, logos printed on dials, and back case printing are available at additional cost. Colored dials are available in Blue, Gold, Green, Gray, Orange, Purple, and Red.
